BANANA BLOOM // local wild bananas right outside my front doorstep...one lucky gal! ~ A lot of people are afraid of bananas and their sugar content...I personally think that is a bunch of brainwashing! Bananas are lower on the glycemic load index than breads & pasta, which I know many of those with sugar fears consume as they consider them savory. Just because they taste savory doesn't mean thats what your body does with it. Did you know that bananas also have anti viral properties?! One of my all time favorite fruits
